(American Tribal Style) belly dance
instructor by Carolena Nericcio, director of FatChanceBellydance and creator of ATS.

This class is open to all levels. It is a practice dance class where the focus is dancing in groups (duets, trios, etc.) rather than drilling or learning new moves. You will be grouped with others at your level - Irene will be there to help facilitate the dancing and answer any questions you have. IMPORTANT => **STUDENTS MUST HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 6 WEEKS OF LEVEL 1 WITH IRENE, OR HAVE CONSENT OF IRENE TO TAKE THIS CLASS **

What is Tribal Belly Dance Girls Night Out?
Our GNO begins with an hour lesson for newcomers to tribal bellydance. Because tribal belly dance is about dancing with a group rather than soloing, everyone will be dancing together, perhaps in a chorus or in a trio or quartet.
After the lesson, what follows is a format which allows all the dancers to participate, no matter if they have only belly danced for 1 hour or 10 years. - again it doesn't matter how long you've been dancing, the format of the evening is designed so everyone can have fun and experience the joy of tribal belly dance!
There are breaks for refreshments (it's BYOB, bring snacks), raffle prizes, then more dancing, ending with Barajagala's version of Sassy Saturday for all you Sasstresses! Come with your girl friends, or by yourself - you'll end up making friends!
During our break we will have several raffles - prizes include:
- Bottle of wine
- Tribal bellydance music CD
- 50% off Beginner's class
- A poster of "Dancers Two"

Anyone who signs up for classes during the evening gets 10% off class tuition! (Applies only to first time students)
Admission is $15 (cash pls) at the door
